FAQ for Frontier Customers with Tennis Channel

Q: Is this just a dispute about money?

A: Although the Channel does not believe it is productive to negotiate its private business relationships in the public, the inability to reach agreement with Frontier Communications is about more than just money.

Q:  How long will this dispute last?

A:  It is impossible to answer this question accurately, although it is certainly possible that Frontier Communications will never carry Tennis Channel in the future.

Q:  What can I do to help the situation?

A:  Subscribers should simply let Frontier Communications know that they will no longer subscribe to Frontier Communications if they do not carry the channels that they want. It would be appropriate for Frontier Communications’ subscribers to demand that Frontier Communications reduce their bills if they no longer carry these channels.  You can contact Frontier Communications by calling them at 1-844-282-5701, and let them know you want them to continue to carry Tennis Channel.
