Poor channel quality on DirecTV

I have DirecTV but I have noticed that the Tennis Channel's quality (especially the Australian Open coverage) is of pretty low quality compared to all my other channels. The video looks compressed, and you can really tell around the outlines of the players or when the camera moves. Is this a bandwith issue or something now that the Tennis Channel has some HD? Its pretty bad.

Not happening on my DirecTV, I have great picture.
