So, the clay court season is finally over. Rob and I bowed out in the round of 16 at Roland Garros to Zimonjic/Verdasco. It was a good week where I got my first win ever over the Bryan brothers in the second round.
After two and a half weeks in our apartment we packed up and have headed to London to start the grass season. I'll only play doubles in Surbiton next week because I missed singles qualies... since I was still playing doubles in Paris.
On a personal note, Britt and I secured a venue and set a date for the wedding. It will be in Melbourne next November, which right now seems so far away but time always flies while travelling and playing. It's actually hard to believe it's already June and the grass season is here.
So it's bye-bye clay (finally!) and hello grass. I'll make sure everyone stays updated on my progress over the next week.
