TTC never answers emails, and as far as I know barely if ever come on these message boards. Granted a few complaints are a little over the top such as complaining about the Masters Commentators (TTC doesn't hire these guys!) but there are a few pressing issues that I've yet to hear back from TTC on 1. Why is the Tennis Channel's signal so compressed? There is horrible pixelation and you cant even read the sponsors ads on the back part of the court. I am a comcast customer but I was also a DirecTV customer - this bad picture quality is present for both.

I have DirecTV but I have noticed that the Tennis Channel's quality (especially the Australian Open coverage) is of pretty low quality compared to all my other channels. The video looks compressed, and you can really tell around the outlines of the players or when the camera moves. Is this a bandwith issue or something now that the Tennis Channel has

I've continually contacted Comcast - without receiving a straight answer - and the TTC petition program is broken here on this site. I am forced to have comcast in my aparment complex. Otherwise I would switch to DirecTV in a heartbeat! Anyone have any suggestions? It's really quite frustrating!
